10月13日 it's been soooooooooo long since i had CDL last timei heart starbucks !
 a cup of hot and caring starbucks for all my friends! :) 10月3日 A short drip coffee, an oatmeal, a bottle of gatorade, 3 packs of chocolate, a banana, and one "taste cup" of Instant Via!All the items in the "Title" are just the things you need to cycle 45 miles. - a bike trip with Bing. When I say "trip", I mean "training"... 45 miles!  The most unrealistic attempt to climb to the top (but i DID it!):  More than 3 miles of continuous climbing. I used to go the other way around, which was much easier. But, this time, I don't even wanna think about it now. The whole trip took about 5 hours, from 7:45 am @ U District to 1:00 pm back @ U District! What a great way to spend my Saturday morning hours! Dimsum with 冰, 贺哥, 老大, 和高源儿. Then we swing some golf balls out! Lastly, Le Panier! :) It's always sunny in Seattle! |
